Mit Hilfe einer kleinen engagierten Gruppe werden Vermittlungen ermöglicht, meist nach Deutschland aber auch in andere Länder wie England. Radus Hunde werden nur nach Vorkontrolle vermittelt. Radu liegt das Wohl seiner Hunde sehr am Herzen und für ihn ist der Abschied von seinen Schützlingen schwer zu ertragen, er wählt sich die Adoptanten daher ganz genau aus. Sich von einem Hund zu trennen, um dessen Leben man gekämpft oder auch nächtelang wieder gesund gepflegt hat, ist keine leichte Enscheidung für Jemanden wie Radu, denn Radu liebt und lebt für seine Hunde.

With the help and intervention of a small and dedicated group, adoptions are organized, for the moment mostly in Germany, sometimes in Great-Britain. An adoption procedure following a house visit ensures that the animals are destined to a good future life. Radu cares deeply about where his dogs go to and chooses the adoptants carefully. To seperate and say goodbye to a dog, for whos life you fought, is hard. Sometimes Rade went through hard times treating and taking care of the dog from almost dead back to health. And besides that, Radu loves and lives for his dogs and feels responsible for their well being.

Radu wird oftmals kritisiert wenn er sich weigert seine Hunde an Jemanden auszuhändigen. Er sei egoistisch und lasse seine Hunde lieber im Shelter "verfaulen" als sie "freizulassen" und in gute Familien zu geben... Abgesehen davon dass es sich um Radus Hunde handelt und er daher selbst entscheiden kann ob er das Angebot für seriös hält oder nicht....Ohne Radu würden diese Hunde überhaupt nicht mehr am Leben sein und man müsste sich gar nicht mehr über eine Vermittlung unterhalten. Was dieser Mann alleine geschafft hat, soll ihm Einer nachmachen, dann können wir weiter reden. Wieviele Hunde ihm sein Leben zu verdanken haben wird man wohl nie genau wissen, es sind Unzählige. Radu ist nur ein Mensch, wie wir Alle, nur es unterscheidet ihn eine Sache von den Meisten von uns. Er hat in seinem Leben alles aufgegeben was für uns Normalbürger unerbährlich ist, um diesen Hunden zu helfen. Alleine ist es nicht machbar und sicherlich könnten einige Dinge im Shelter besser laufen, die Reinigung ist das momentane Hauptproblem, was aber mit zusätzlicher Hilfe schnell in den Griff zu bekommen wäre. Denn auch ein Radu kann nicht die Welt bewegen, sondern nur Das was seine 2 Hände bewegen können an einem Tag. Wenn wir ihm dabei helfen, genug Helfer hingehen und auch genug Mitarbeiter finanziert werden könnten längerfristig, würde Radu vielleicht mal endlich eine Nacht durchschlafen können.

Radu often gets criticized when he rejects an adopter. They call him an egoist, tell he rather lets his dogs live in the shelter to "rot" then letting them "free" to go to nice families... besides the fact that those are his dogs, and that he is the owner who has the right to deny an adoption if he doesn´t want someone to adopt his dog... besides that, those dogs wouldnt even be alive today if he didnt excist, and the theme adoption could and would not have to be discussed at all. What this man has acchieved, on his own, has first to be acchieved from others, then we could talk further. How many dogs he has saved in his life we will probably never know...they are countless. Radu is just a single normal human being, just like the rest of us, but with the difference from most of us, that he gave every thing away that we wouldnt give away so lightly. His life is devoted to his dogs, 7 days a week, he gave his money and now is giving his health away for his animals. Alone, he only can do what his 2 hands are able to manage over a day, not more. Things could surely be better at the shelter, especially the cleaning has to be improved fast, and with more help this would be acchieved in a short time. But as long as he is fighting alone, people who love to critizise instead of helping, will have it easy to keep up the critics. But if we make sure he gets the help he needs, if enough helpers could be paid for a longer period of time, then maybe at last Radu could sleep a whole night through, for a change.
